My First Christmas Card 2011

I had every intention of starting early and making all my own cards this year......well, it's nearly mid-November and I've just made my first one. It's quite plain, no ribbons or embellishments just a bit of decoupaged mistletoe above the Gorjuss Girl image. My photography skills aren't quite upto David Baileys standard but if you look closely the backing paper is a red and gold sparkly paper, the image is coloured with Promarkers and Prismacolor pencil crayons.

I'm entering this card into the Charisma Cardz Challenge #44 - cutesy
and also into the Winter Wonderland Challenge - Make Your Cards Sparkle.

Oh, she looks so lonely underneath that mistletoe... but cute! I'm travelling and couldn't participate this week but I'm always curious to see what everybody else did! There's some candy on my blog - literally - if you are interested: www.knackeredgrouse.com ;-)
